1000 MIGLIA EXPERIENCE 2026

All participating vehicles must contain two occupants: a driver and a navigator.
The driver will be responsible for driving the team vehicle over the course of the three-day rally event, while following all guidelines laid out in the official Race Regulations, and obeying all traffic laws of the United States of America, particularly in Florida.
The navigator is responsible for the Road Book, and supplying navigation information to the driver, including all upcoming route directions, course hazards, or tests.
Neither 1000 Miglia Srl nor Studio Ega Srl/Ega Events USA LLC will be held liable for any traffic offences incurred by a participating team during the rally.
Prior to opening, a training session will be held to familiarize all participants with navigation and driving techniques in the Rally. Attendance of this session is not mandatory, but highly recommended, especially for first-time regularity rally competitors.
Participants are recommended to have basic levels of mechanical knowledge, in the event of an unexpected breakdown or issue with their vehicle. Ega Events USA LLC will have limited technical support available during the rally

1000 Miglia Original Class, Car models that took part in the 1000 Miglia Speed race between 1927 and 1957. Car models produced before 1957 that, at the organizing team’s discretion, are of special historic or sporting interest, even if they were not entered into the 1000 Miglia Speed race.
Classic Icons Car Class, for cars manufactured between 1958 and 1994.
Hyper-Car/Super-Car Class, for Sports, Grand Touring or Super cars manufactured from 1995 to present.

All participants are required to secure a valid International Driving Permit (IDP) with a validity of not less than one year, prior to arriving in the United State of America. Participants without an IDP will not be permitted to take part in the rally.

All American participants are required to have a valid American Car licence.
All participants are required to sign the disclaimer form before commencing the event.
1000 Miglia Original Class Vehicles must complete registration in the 1000 Miglia Registry prior to beginning the event.
All vehicles entering the United States of America must hold a valid Carnet De Passage. A CPD is a globally insured customs guarantee document confirming that customs duties and taxes will be paid in case the vehicle does not return to the country of registration

GPS tracker: In lack of restitution, a fee of $1,500.00 will be charged

Article 1 - Purpose

These general conditions (“General Conditions”) regulate terms and conditions of registration and participation in the 1000 Miglia Experience Florida 2026.
Registration implies full acceptance of the General Conditions, the Special Race Regulations (“S.R.R.”) arranged by EGA EVENTS USA LLC and any additions/changes ordered by EGA EVENTS USA LLC even after closing of entries.
Non-acceptance of these conditions prevents registration to the race.

Article 2 - Admitted cars and program

Admission of cars is at the sole discretion of EGA EVENTS USA LLC and cannot be appealed.
No objections are accepted regarding registration fees, which are deemed fair upon acceptance of the General Conditions.
The program published online is provisional and subject to change.

Article 3 - Registration Fee

The entry fee is:
- Early Bird (until 2025/07/31): $13,500.00
- From 2025/08/01 to 2025/12/31: $15,000.00
It includes:
- 3 nights hotel accommodation (Feb 20-22, 2026)
- 3 dinners per person
- 4 lunches per person (Feb 20-23, 2026)
- Access to Awards & Closing Ceremony
- Welcome bag
- Roadbook and race stickers
- Training session on Feb 20, 2026
- Race participation
- Road assistance
Payment methods:
- Credit Card (via website)
- Bank Transfer (via website)
Additional services (subject to extra charges):
- Single use hotel room
- Extended stay before/after the race
- Support crew (with/without hospitality)
- Accompanying person package

Article 4 - Refund for non-accepted crews

If a car is not accepted, the deposit will be refunded via bank transfer or credit card within 30 days from communication.

Article 5 - Withdrawal Refund

Article 6 - Event Cancellation (Force Majeure)

If cancelled due to extraordinary events (e.g., epidemics, natural disasters), the full participation fee will be refunded.

Article 7 - Privacy

Registration grants EGA EVENTS USA LLC rights to photos and audio-video of participants, crew, and vehicles.
These may be edited, published, and distributed without territorial limits.
Competitors indemnify EGA EVENTS USA LLC from third-party claims regarding media usage.

Article 9 - Liability

Competitors must maintain valid insurance and submit its details.
All traffic rules must be respected as the race occurs on public roads.
Competitors assume full liability for any damages caused during the event.
EGA EVENTS USA LLC is not liable for theft, fire, or damage to vehicles during the event.

Article 10 - 1000 Miglia Brands

Participants have no rights to use or claim the trademarks “MILLE MIGLIA”, “1000 Miglia”, or related variants.
